Dragon Boat ACT (DBACT) is changing to a seasonal membership year which will run from 1 August to 31 July each year. Those joining or renewing their membership between now and 31 July 2020 will pay a reduced fee to take into account that their DBACT membership will only run until 31 July 2020.
