Are you interested in learning to be a race official?

DBACT needs race officials to run regattas, so all clubs can race !

This course will provide practical knowledge based on shared experiences.

It will provide an understanding of all official roles and responsibilities.

Participants will receive a manual, certificate, official's log book and national accreditation.

You can read more about the course here NOTE: It is preferred participants have volunteered at a regatta but not necessary.

As part of your accreditation you will be required to officiate at a regatta in the next three months.

Pre-requisites

Endorsed by Club (that is, your club is OK with you doing the course, at no cost to you or your club).

Completed Play-by-the- Rules modules:  

• Introduction to the Integrity of Sport
• Walking the Talk — Putting Integrity into Action

Please bring copy of completed certificates with you to the training course.
