Bookings

The booking system will confirm your booking instantly by email and will not allow double bookings.
Bookings and cancellations can be made on smartphones.
The booking system reserves both new ergs per booking. You cannot book one erg - the system assumes you wish to book both so you can swap sides.
Individuals can book for 1 hour slots, and clubs can book 2 hour slots for benchmarking.
When booking boats, please book for 15 minutes before and after the time you require them to allow for loading/unloading etc.
All land training equipment is booked out in one booking, so please share any unused equipment with others who turn up and wish to use it
When using the kitchen, please leave the room clean and tidy for the next user., Wash, dry and put away any used mugs, plates or cutlery and take away any rubbish. (Bin bags are in the cupboard under the microwave.) Turn off the hot water system under the sink but leave the fridge running.
